Article Management and Review Process
For each article submitted by the author, the Editorial Team will conduct a screening process before submitting it to Reviewer/Reviewers, with the following conditions:
- For each article submitted by the Author, the Editorial Team will check the similarity of the writing using a Plagiarism Checker or other tools, with the condition that a maximum of 25% (twenty-five percent) of similarity is allowed.
- The assigned Editorial Team is given 3 (three) days to examine articles.
- The Editorial Team will check the scope, grammar, and format of the article, as stated in the TEMPLATE. If it is not following the provisions, the Editorial Team will submit a "note" to the author for correction.
- Authors are given a maximum period of 5 (five) days to make improvements according to the "notes" of the Editorial Team.
- The author is given an additional period of 2 (two) days since the Editorial Team's response is submitted to the Author, but if the Author does not also make improvements according to the "notes", then the Editorial Team reserves the right to reject the article through the Author's OJS address.
- If the article is following the provisions of the TEMPLATE, the Editorial Team will forward it to the Reviewer/Reviewers who have been appointed, according to the scope of their skills.
- Each review process by Reviewer/Reviewers will be carried out within a maximum period of 10 (ten) days, starting from the willingness of the appointed Reviewer/Reviewers.
- The principle of appointing Reviewer/Reviewers for each article is based on the relevant track record, at least have been a writer in an accredited and/or international scientific journal with topics relevant to the focus and scope of this journal.
- The review process uses a blind review (closed) method, which involves at least one Reviewer. If between Reviewer/Reviewers there is a conflicting decision, then additional time will be allocated to provide a maximum assessment of 2 (two) days.
- Reviewer/Reviewers will review the article, especially on the reliability of the methodology, the suitability between the title, abstract, discussion, and conclusions and references used. If it is not following the provisions and the TEMPLATE of this Journal, Reviewer/Reviewers will submit a "note" to the author through the Editorial Team for improvement.
- If within 5 (five) days since Reviewer's/Reviewers' response is submitted to the Author through the Editorial Team, but the Author does not also make improvements according to the "notes", then the Editorial Team has the right to reject the article through the Author's OJS address.
- If the article is following the provisions, the Reviewer/Reviewers will provide recommendations for the publication process.
- The process of publishing all articles in each edition is carried out no later than 3 (three) days before the end of the edition.
